Helpful staff during check-in.

The room was filthy! I found a roach egg in the corner, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. After complaining, I had to clean the room myself and it was still not satisfactory. The bathroom had stains, and the floor was sticky. I've never experienced such a lack of hygiene in a hotel before!

We had a service dog and 3 children with us. No Problem ! The office staff was very nice about everything. They gave us extra pillows and towels. The children swam in the pool. No problems with the office. Very nice people.

The toilets are too low for handicap. No bar to help you up off.

Quiet, nice firm foam mattress, refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

Horrendous 12 dollars a day tax added to the room. i might think about going a little farther or shorter next time. These municipalities are abusing the traveling public IMHO

maintenance staff, shelves with forgotten items, convenient location

The coffee maker didn't exist, mixed quality on fixtures, and the ceiling had visible leaks!!! Cigarette burns on furnishings need attention, as does cleaning service to restock basics. Unfixed duct tape on walls is an eyesore!!!

Straight facts, no fluff

This budget option is decent for a quick stop. Clean room, functioning amenities, and helpful staff made my night pleasant. Free breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Unexpected perks included a shelf of forgotten items and prompt maintenance service. If you need a no-frills overnight stay, it's worth considering.

Room was Clean

TV Remote did not turn on/off the TV. It did control the Sound and Channels, but didn't turn the TV off or on.

Dirty carpet no coffee maker

Despite the uncomfortable experience, I was relieved that nothing was stolen from my motorcycle and we managed to find somewhere to sleep after a long ride.

Room was ok

Beds were hard and pillows were flat and skinny. Carpet was very old and felt dirty. Hole in the wall in bathroom from the doorknob.

Manager was arrogant

The manager serving people from out in the car park not in order and leaving me in the office to watch even thou I was ring the bell numerous time times and when I approached him about he said go down the road and get accomadation if want .. He was so rude .. I have stayed in These lodges numerous times and give good rateings but I can't this one .. Even behind the reception desk was terribly untidy and dirty and the breakfast was so basic compared to the other lodges.

I had a pleasant surprise during my quick stop at this hotel. Unlike my last stay in kingman, the staff were really friendly and the room was tidy. It was a comfortable and restful experience!

wi-fi connection was spotty at times.

More noise and very dusty

The king room was incredible and tidy with a refrigerator and microwave. Central heating, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities in the room were useful.

The staff - some of them were not very helpful.
